Physicals are important whether you are getting a job or play a sport. At Urgent Care Plus we can do the DIAA physical and other “IAA” sports physicals. We also provide other work/sport physicals we just ask you confirm with us that we will do yours as all work/school physicals are different and some need to be done by a primary care provider. Along with your work physical we can do a PPD/TB test which is also required by many employers.

  • High School “IAA” Sports Physicals - DIAA form can be found HERE $45

  • Other School Physicals $75

  • Work Physicals $75

    Physicals which do not follow DIAA should submit the form to our email admin@urgentcareplusmd.com for approval.
